As a sauna enthusiast… read more myself, this was one of my favourite things about the place, along with the outdoor shower (powerful and hot enough to shower in a cold rainstorm!) and little touches here and here that Francois and Kate have come up with. Will absolutely try to visit again and highly recommend to anyone especially if looking for an off the grid adventure!

The sauna is an amazing touch and just took this place to the next level. We spent most the weekend jumping between saunaing and sitting on the balcony reading our books with the sound of birds and the river in the background. Amazing

The location is so private, sounds of the birds, river and stars through the sky light in bed. We were lucky enough to arrive to the full moon rising and the following night drank wine from bed watching it rise after sunset. With welcome gifts and beautiful books to read. It really is a hut that could be appreciated winter through to summer. We will be back. Thankyou x
